After the success of last year’s Yorkshire Heritage Summit in Halifax, the Yorkshire Society is well under way with organising 2024’s event which will be held in the city of Hull.
The 2024 Yorkshire Heritage Summit will take place on Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th May 2024.
On Saturday, will be the Yorkshire Heritage Exhibition & Symposium at Hull Minster, including presentation of the prestigious Harry Gration Yorkshire History prize, sponsored by the University of Huddersfield.
On Sunday, there will be a number of Heritage events organised by Hull Civic Society and local heritage organisations.
The exhibition is open to the public and free to enter so, given the venue and the day of the week, we anticipate the number of visitors to be in the thousands.
There will be a Farmers’ Market outside Hull Minster generating additional footfall for the exhibition.
